This video is described as a multimedia essay, produced as part of a special investigative report by the Connecticut Post entitled: Betrayal of Hope by reporter Michael P. Mayko and photographer Christian Abraham. It focuses on Project Pierre Toussaint, an outreach program for Haiti's street children based in the Haiti's second largest city of Cap-Haitien. It's one of the best accounts I've seen, and most closely resembles my experiences in Cap-Haitien and the countryside.

Church and School in Cap-Haitien:

This second video filmed in Cap-Haitien shows a church service and a school. I chose this video as religion and religious groups, and music, are very important in Haitian daily life. Note the church filled with neatly dressed Haitians and visitors from America.
