Saddington Park Mississauga Port Credit ~ Credit River at Lake Ontario
Saddington Park is a popular spot for picnics, barbecues, joggers, walkers, dog walkers, impromptu soccer games, boot camp fitness classes, roller bladers and kids on a weekend.
The park is built on land fill, according to long time resident John.
The original Lake Ontario shoreline / mouth of the Credit was where the trees are across the bottom of the picture.

Memorial Park Port Credit Mississauga Ontario
The Port Credit lighthouse, seen here from across the Credit River in Memorial Park, is home to the Port Credit BIA, the local business improvement association.
Renovations removed access to the second level of the replica lighthouse that provided a good view of the river and village.
TIP: Find city-maintained restrooms on the rear lower (street) level.

Sunrise Lake Ontario at Port Credit Marina Mississauga
Summer sunrise turns Port Credit Harbour lovely shades of pink and salmon, around 5 a.m., a treat just for early risers!
About this time, fishing boats are heading out; a little later, the canoers and kayakers paddle out.
Swans, mallard ducks and Canada geese snack along the Saddington Park shoreline.
Mississauga's Port Credit area is a very lively spot year round, but in summertime, it's festival village!
