Mississauga Videos: I take a lot of Mississauga Ontario Canada videos because it's close to home :-) And with the changing seasons, and lovely scenery and parks, I can always find something to film! Here are three videos: Fireworks, Olympic torch relay and Birds along Lake Ontario.

Canada Day Mississauga Port Credit

Filming fireworks was new to me, mainly as I'd never had the opportunity to get a good view. But when I had the chance to watch the Canada Day fireworks from a highrise in Port Credit, I started filming! First time I had shot video at night, in the dark! LIttle tricky, too, hanging off the balcony about 20 floors up!

Olympic Torch Relay Video ~ Port Credit Mississauga Ontario

When Canada hosted the Olympics in 2010, no community was prouder to welcome the torch relay than Mississauga! Here's a video I took of the torch passing through Port Credit. I had to do some fast jogging to catch up to the runners!

Wildlife in Mississauga Video

I filmed this video of swans and Canada geese along the shore of Lake Ontario, at Brueckner Rhododendron Gardens in Port Credit. A friend became the unintended and unwitting narrator, and did a fine job! A young couple who stopped to watch the baby geese and their protective parents can also be heard in the background. Me? I kept quiet :-)
